THE EXPABENT EXPRESS
Special pre-bent arms designed by one of the largest Orthodontic Laboratories in the USA. Correct angulation, prevent rupture of the laser welded arms. The pre-bent design also facilitates two applications:

The placement into narrow palate appliances.

The additional bending for the final adjustment (The operator will insert the Arm Bending tool up to the bent points only). Final polishing of the arm will reestablish perfect tensile on the arm wires. Saves Time, Saves Money.

The Expabent Express is available in four expansion sizes; 8mm, 9mm, 11mm, and 13mm. The Expabent Express is packaged in a kit with the next generation Leone Swivel Endoral Key. The swivel key is now sturdier and features "Smart-Key™" full activation detection. When the key travel nears full-activation a short period of high resistance is felt just before the full activation stop is reached. These important new features give the Leone swivel endoral key the added reach and control for easier activation with greater safety and assurance for patient controlled activations.
The Expabent Express has all the advantageous of the industry standard Leone 620 expansor; 100% Swedish surgical grade stainless steel, laserwelded construction, MuscleThread's sturdy thread mechanics which prevents any nicks or burs on the threading, and incredible tolerances of plus or minus .01mm and laser etched direction arrows.
